Return & Exchange Policy
Order Status
Most of our pieces are made to order in our Gabriola studio. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your jewellery to be crafted and prepared for shipping. This processing time is in addition to the shipping method you select at checkout.
You will receive email updates throughout the process — including order confirmation, shipping confirmation, tracking details, and any notices of delays or requests for additional information. If you have a question about your order, you’re always welcome to contact us at info@ninaalexandra.com.
Shipping
Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $500 within Canada

All shipments are insured until delivery.

For security, we may request additional verification if your order is being shipped to an address different from your billing address.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Deliveries are made Monday–Friday. Once a package leaves our studio, we are not responsible for courier delays.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
International Shipments

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before delivery.

All international orders are final sale (we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these pieces).
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is made by hand, we take great care with your order. Our policy is as follows:

Returns: Full-price items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges / Store Credit: Full-price items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging (jewellery box, pouch, and ribbon). Items that show signs of wear or damage may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, or returned to the sender at their expense.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Custom or bespoke orders

Discounted or promotional items

Rings under size 5

Engraved items

International orders
Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process a return once received, and up to 10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
Final Notes
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of inappropriate or threatening communication, fraudulent activity, or pricing errors.
All prices are listed in CAD ($) and subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
